little things do matter

Recently, I've learnt to be thankful. Thankful that I'm able to attend school. Thankful that I'm able to live under a shelter. Thankful that I've my parents, family and friends by my side. Thankful that I'm able to afford a meal. Thankful for almost everything I have now. My mum told me a good news a few days back. Yes, it's a really really good news that made my day. Or should I say, it made my week. My mum accompanied my cousin, aunt and uncle to the hospital on Wednesday. She told me that the doctor told them that my uncle's condition has improved slightly and that he will be starting chemotherapy on Monday. The point that my uncle's condition improved slightly made my day. I mean, so what if it's only slightly? As long as his condition is better than before, I'm happy for him. Once again, I'm thankful that his condition has improved and he is able to start chemotherapy real soon. It's going to be really tough for him. But I know he'll be able to pull through this! Haha.
My national exams are coming real soon. To be exact, its in three days time. I'm looking forward to it but yet feeling really worried for my Social Studies exam. What if the things I've studied didn't came out? What if I screw up my paper? What if I forgot all the things that I've been memorizing for days? Gahhhhh! I shouldn't even be thinking of all these now. Instead, I should be studying hard! Isn't it?
